Common questions
Who can use this form?
Anyone who is not a Chinese citizen and has a legal question connected to China: residents, workers, students, investors and visitors.
Do you only help people in one city?
No. We take enquiries from anywhere in China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, as well as smaller cities.
How soon will I hear back?
We aim to reply within one to two business days. If your matter has a deadline, such as a court date or a visa expiry, put it at the start of your message.
Does it cost anything to send an enquiry?
No. Sending the form is free. If you decide to work with us, we explain the fees before any work begins.
What should I include in my message?
The key facts in order, the dates that matter, who is involved, and what outcome you want. Do not attach or paste passport numbers, bank details or confidential documents. We will ask for those later if needed.
Does sending this form make you my lawyer?
No. A lawyer-client relationship starts only when both sides agree to it in writing. Our reply to your enquiry is not legal advice on its own.
